2. For what purpose do we process your data?
We process the information you provide through the contact form (name, company, email, phone and the message you write) for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry and, where applicable, managing the professional relationship that may arise from it. We do not use your data for any purpose other than the one for which it was collected, nor to send you unsolicited commercial communications.
3. What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis is your consent, expressly given by ticking the box accepting this policy before submitting the contact form (Article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
4. How long will we keep your data?
Data will be kept for as long as your enquiry is being handled or, where applicable, for as long as the professional relationship arising from it lasts, and afterwards for the periods required by law. You can request its deletion at any time (see “Your rights” below).
5. Which recipients receive your data?
In general, your data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. We want to be transparent about one specific exception: to receive an immediate notice of each message, the content of the form is also sent, through its API, to Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc. / Telegram FZ-LLC), as an internal notification channel for the site owner. This may involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area. If you prefer that your enquiry not be sent through this channel, say so in your message, or write to us directly at hola@carloscollado.tech.
Apart from the above, your data is stored in a database managed directly by the data controller, on its own infrastructure. It is not shared with third-party services for marketing purposes, nor sold or transferred for advertising purposes.
6. What are your rights?
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process personal data concerning them. As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Request the rectification of inaccurate data.
- Request its deletion when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Request the restriction of processing, in which case it will only be kept for the establishment or defence of claims.
- Object to the processing.
- Request the portability of your data.
You can exercise these rights by writing to hola@carloscollado.tech, attaching a copy of a document proving your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
7. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures have been adopted to guarantee the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access.
8. Minors
The services offered through this website are aimed exclusively at adults. The owner does not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated to adapt to legislative changes or to changes in the way data is processed. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
